I have recorded or performed with Jason Mraz, Fun., Jim Adkins, EL VY, The Format, Reubens Accomplice, Jimmy Eat World, Schuyler Fisk, Mandy Moore, Rachael Yamagata, Michael McDonald, Sara Bareilles, Josh Groban, Chris Stills, Matt Maher, and many others. I performed on Broadway for the three-year run of the musical Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark, appeared on national TV, and toured extensively around the world, but the studio is where I feel at home.
I have been told that my playing style is the perfect blend of music school technique and garage band abandon. I love playing all styles and feel that only occasionally should the drums be the focus...I'm just here to support the music, but, you know, great drums do make a big difference.
I grew up in Los Angeles, CA and currently live in the Philadelphia suburbs.

The Studio
I'm in a 750 square foot space specifically set up for recording drums. With 15 foot ceilings and movable sound-absorption panels (including an adjustable "cloud" over the drums), I can leave the room wide open for big, roomy sounds or close it up for tight, dry sounds. I've got a great selection of microphones and a mix of high-end tube and vintage solid state preamps for a wide variety of sounds. And my entire drum, cymbal, and percussion collection is here, so finding a vibe that's right for your music is quick and easy.
